Limestone Mining & Mineral Ventures

LimestoneThank you for your interest in the North Mississippi Limestone Deposit. After reviewing the exhibits posted on this web site and in the Prospectus, we would request your prompt responses if you have further interest.

The opportunity for major growth in the limestone industry currently exists in the state of Mississippi

The Miller Group has a location in Tishomingo County with a very large deposit of high calcium limestone.

With the expansion of the Tom Bigbee this resource will play a big part in the supply of needed limestone.

The state of Mississippi is currently looking for companies to develop this resource for the Tom Bigbee and other aggregate needs for state roads and other state construction.

The Mississippi Development Authority has assigned a project assestant to coordinate and help implement grants, tax incentives and capital expansion. We have been advised that the State is very anxious to assist in these areas. Our contact is Joy Foy,

State of Mississippi, Director of Assets

Please feel free to contact Ms. Foy at your convenience.

State geological and industrial development agencies have been directed to help us with out limestone holdings.

These agencies have been directed by Governor Haley Barbour to, in his words, "Get a company in here and develop this Mississippi limestone resource."

The Miller Group holds mineral rights and covenants on most of the limestone in Tishomingo County and are working together with the state to get this project started.

The exhibits in the prospectus will demonstrate:

The resource is a 214-acre site located on the North side of an inactive 450-acre quarry owned by Vulcan Materials Company. An additional 600 acres adjoining the 214-acre site could be obtained from property owners who may want to lease their holdings.
